Delivery & Returns

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Delivery is next working day if ordered before 2P.M. & is subject to availability (occasionally it make take longer than 1 working day to deliverer your parcel for unforeseen circumstances out of our control). However, delivery may take longer if the item is out of stock but we will endeavour to deliver all orders in a timely manner.

Dry Lining Supplies only deliver to the United Kingdom (Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scottish islands & highlands may incur additional charges). All deliveries must be signed for, except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox or if reqested to be left in a safe place at the buyers own risk. Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

Dry Lining Supplies will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way. In some cases we may send the goods directs from the manufacturer or the order may be split with some goods coming from the manufacturer & some from Dry Lining Supplies.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Dry Lining Supplies shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Deliveries will be attempted at your chosen address on the following day if the first delivery was unsuccessful. If your delivery was unsuccessful on the second attempt then a card will be left at your address allowing you to contact the delivery service and arrange a collection, you may pay an extra £6.00 for a third attempt on delivery. If you can not collect your goods within 5 days or have not paid for the re-delivery then it will be returned to Dry Lining Supplies. If your delivery is refused then it will be automatically returned to Dry Lining Supplies. All returned orders to Dry Lining Supplies will be refunded via the method of payment; you will incur a £20.00 plus vat charge for the attempted deliveries, the return postage to dry lining supplies and for restocking the Items.

You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.

Force Majeure
Dry Lining Supplies shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

If you need to return a product purchased from Dry Lining Supplies then you have 28 working days to do so. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or repair or replacement provided we are aware of this within 2 working days. If the Fault is with electrical goods that have been used then will will have to get the tool inspected by a third party to inform us to weather the fault is a warrinty fault or not. Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge. We will not compensate for any losses, such as loss of work or inconvince, due to faulty tools or missing parts.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the dls website, or by phoning us on 01276 476060.

All orders taken before 2pm will be processed that day.
