Delivery

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Delivery is next working day if ordered before 2P.M. during the week & is subject to availability (occasionally it make take longer than 1 working day to deliverer your parcel for unforeseen circumstances out of our control). Orders placed on the weekend and bank holidays will be despatched on the first following working day of the week. However, delivery may take longer if the item is out of stock but we will endeavour to deliver all orders in a timely manner.

Dry Lining Supplies only deliver to the United Kingdom, or for an additional charge we can deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, Scottish islands & highlands, Ireland, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Germany. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order. The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered and the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order. All deliveries must be signed for, except items sent by post or which are small enough to be put through your letterbox or if reqested to be left in a safe place at the buyers own risk. Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods. Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time although DPD may text or email you a delivery time slot. Dry Lining Supplies will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way. In some cases we may send the goods directs from the manufacturer or the order may be split with some goods coming from the manufacturer & some from Dry Lining Supplies.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Dry Lining Supplies shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Deliveries will be attempted at your chosen address on the following day if the first delivery was unsuccessful. If your delivery was unsuccessful on the second attempt then a card will be left at your address allowing you to contact the delivery service and arrange a collection, you may pay an extra £6.00 for a third attempt on delivery. If you can not collect your goods within 5 days or have not paid for the re-delivery then it will be returned to Dry Lining Supplies. If your delivery is refused then it will be automatically returned to Dry Lining Supplies. All returned orders to Dry Lining Supplies will be refunded via the method of payment; you will incur a £20.00 plus vat charge for the attempted deliveries, the return postage to dry lining supplies and for restocking the Items.

Returns

If you need to return a product purchased from Dry Lining Supplies then you have 30 days to do so from the date of purchase along with the original till receipt or copy of the internet invoice. Returned goods must be in a resalable condition. Where applicable any goods or accessories that accompany the product must also come back to us and be returned with their original box & packing.
  • Materials & tools that have been delivered from us and returned may be subject to a 30% re stocking & handling charge.
  • Materials & tools that have been collected from us and returned may be subject to a 15% re stocking & handling charge.

Faulty goods must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge. If the fault is a genuine fault we shall offer a refund, replacement or repair where applicable. If the fault is deemed to be down to user negligence or miss-use then we shall not offer a refund, replacement or repair. With all faults with electrical items, we will send the tool off to be inspected and tested by the manufacturer or a manufacturer approved third party to inform us to weather the fault is a warranty fault or due to customer neglect before we can offer a repair or replacement. We will not compensate for any losses, such as loss of work or inconvince, due to faulty tools or missing parts.

Cancellation of Orders

You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the dls website, or by phoning us on 01276 476060.

Force Majeure

Dry Lining Supplies shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
