Delivery for Internet Orders

  • Parcels are sent on a next working day service (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands) if ordered before 2PM on a week day (Excluding bank holidays) but this does not guarantee next working day delivery.
  • Whilst we send parcels on a next working day service we cannot guarantee next working day delivery, as it may occasionally take longer than 1 working day to deliverer your parcel for unforeseen circumstances out of our control.
  • Orders placed on weekends and bank holidays will be despatched on the first following working day of the week.
  • All deliveries must be signed for. Please add a delivery note if you would like to request your parcels to be delivered to a neighbour or to be left in a safe place if nobody is at the delivery address, at the buyers own risk. If nobody is at the delivery address and no instictions have been provided either to us or with APC, APC will leave a calling card and take the parcels back to their depot, You will then need to contact them to re-arrange delivery.
  • ​Big and bulky items like plasterboards, bags, beads, metal profiles, buckets & rules are only available for Click & Collect online. For Local deliveries in the Surrey, Hampshire & Birkshire areas please contact us on 01276 476060.
Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 7pm; we are unable to confirm a time although APC may text or email you a delivery time slot. In some cases we may send the goods directs from the manufacturer or the order may be split with some goods coming from the manufacturer & some from Dry Lining Supplies.

Dry Lining Supplies only deliver to England, Wales & Scotland online. Deliveries to the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, Scottish islands & highlands will have an additional charge. We may be able to ship to the Channel Islands, but please ring us for a quote and costings of postage. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order. The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered and the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
 
Scottish Highlands & Islands postcodes that will incur an extre fee & up to 5 day lead time: AB37 & AB38, AB41 - AB56, FK19-FK21, HS, IV, KA27-KA28, KW, PA20-PA78, PH15-PH50, ZE
 
If the item or an item you have ordered is out of stock but we will endeavour to contact you via email or phone in a timely manner to either back order the item if available, refund you for the item or swap it for a similar item if available. Please note if the similar item is more expensive then payment will be needed for the difference.

If the first delivery was unsuccessful a card will be left at your address allowing you to contact the delivery service and arrange a re-arranging delivery. If your delivery was unsuccessful on the second attempt then a card will be left at your address allowing you to contact the delivery service and arrange a collection, you may pay an extra charge for a third attempt on delivery.  If you can not collect your goods within 5 days or have not paid for the re-delivery then it will be returned to Dry Lining Supplies. If your delivery is refused then it will be automatically returned to Dry Lining Supplies. All returned orders to Dry Lining Supplies will be refunded via the method of payment; you will incur a £25.00 plus vat charge for the attempted deliveries, the return postage to dry lining supplies and for restocking the Items.
 
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Dry Lining Supplies shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Returns & Short Deliveries

Once your goods arrive, please carefully inspect them and report any damage, wrong items or missing items within 48 Hours by email at [email protected] or via phone on 01276 476060. If we are told of shortages or missing items after this time we shall not be liable for any shortages, damage or incorrect items sent.

If you need to return a product purchased from Dry Lining Supplies then you have 30 days to do so from the date of purchase along with the original till receipt or copy of the internet invoice. Returned goods must be in a resalable condition. Where applicable any goods or accessories that accompany the product must also come back to us and be returned with their original box & packing.
 
Materials & tools that have been delivered from us and returned may be subject to a 30% re stocking & handling charge.
Materials & tools that have been collected from us and returned may be subject to a 15% re stocking & handling charge.

Faulty goods must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge. If the fault is a genuine fault we shall offer a refund, replacement or repair where applicable. If the fault is deemed to be down to user negligence or miss-use then we shall not offer a refund, replacement or repair. With all faults with electrical items, we will send the tool off to be inspected and tested by the manufacturer or a manufacturer approved third party to inform us to whether the fault is a warranty fault or due to customer neglect before we can offer a repair or replacement. We will not compensate for any losses, such as loss of work or inconvenience, due to faulty tools or missing parts.

 Cancellation of Orders

You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the dls website, or by phoning us on 01276 476060.

Force Majeure

Dry Lining Supplies shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Non stock items order in.

Any items that Dry Lining Supplies Ltd do not stock but that are ordered in for customers will need to be paid in full before we are able to order the items in. Any items that are ordered in specialy for customers that are non stocked items are not refundable as they are non stock items and we are unable to sell or return them.
